Opportunity - Risks in SP500 Sectors
After that nice little trade in the Energy sector I wanted to take a peek at the rest of the sectors and see what else is going on.
Well I am surprised by the strength in Real Estate as depicted by IYR. It was 10/30/2009 I suggested blog readers "Take a Look at IYR" and I am thinking that is a pretty good trade. Was it just a really good buy or is it time to take some profits? Capital Gains and a fat dividend at cost and no "TAX-Parency"
