Energy Break-out?

I noticed that XLE was back here at $60ish and therefore needed to do a chart.  Well, for some reason that I cannot clearly articulate or a mosaic of ideas that have settled into my gut, I think it is about to break-out and not by a couple percent either.

I like to buy triple tops?  The dollar is about to suck?  The global economy is about to take off?  Climate change is more concerned about cooling with volcanic ash blocking our sun?
