12 month Index returns
So how has market indexes performed in the past 12 months? Does risk and return look related? Stop wasting your investment dollar on manager risk bet on a risk that is proven over the long-term.
With the exception of small caps, it looks like every other index is performing within normal expectations, more risk - more reward. So why is small caps not behaving properly? Is it rational or an opportunity?
