A small group

I have mentioned I like this company in the past (Social Investing, I Like CREE,NBR).  I bring it up again now because it represents a very special group that I plan to examine a lot harder in the days to come.  What special group does CREE represent?  Stocks approaching or setting all time highs coming out of the small or mid capitalization size companies.  It is my hypothesis that these will be the leaders of the next bull market.  CREE manufactures LED lights and light bulbs, the next generation of lighting Globally.
