EEM: A beautiful head and shoulder formation

In the past I have suggested that $135 on EEM is a good entry point, I take that back if you are a short term investor.  This is not a bad place for longer term investors, but I think we are about to discover which is the neck line $120 or $110?  The next question is will either hold?
