Take profits buy safety

Ok today is a good day to sell risk and buy safety and that is what I have down. 

I sold 100% emerging markets (eem, ilf, epp), all small caps (iwn, iwm) and all ewj

I sold 50% efa

All proceeds was re-invested 50% shy and 50% fxe.
